If after receiving the order, you realize that it is not of proper size then we are here to help you. We will quickly get you the right size without charging any additional shipping costs. You can avail the benefit of our Free Exchange of Size program by following the few easy steps;
- The first step would be to place a new order for the replacement item(s) online so that your desired product(s) is secured and you receive you exchange order quickly. This also reduces the risk of desired product(s) getting out of stock in the time your return shipment reaches us. Kindly note that the credit will be given to you only for those charges incurred by you for the ground shipping of the replacement orders. Any other charges won’t be credited. The return shipment will also be free as per the rules mentioned below.

If damaged goods or wrong shipment is delivered to you then we would definitely help you get the replacement goods quickly, conveniently and without any shipping charges. For all orders below $15, all you have to do is email our customer serice at contact@dressycostumes.com and the issue would be resolved from our end. For the orders above this value, you need to follow the steps mentioned below;

Free Exchange of Products
If after receiving the order, you feel that you need to have some different costume then we would happily want to get you the favorite product quickly, conveniently and without any shipping charges.
To avail the benefit of this Free Exchange of Products Program, you need to follow the below given steps;

The first step would be to place a new order for the replacement item(s) online so that your desired product(s) is secured and you receive you exchange order quickly. This also reduces the risk of desired product(s) getting out of stock in the time your return shipment reaches us. Kindly note that the credit will be given to you only for those charges incurred by you for the ground shipping of the replacement orders. Any other charges won’t be credited.
- Apply for the returns to contact@dressycostumes.com. You need to enter the following details while applying;
- The original order# for the item you want to replace.
- The order# for the replacement order you placed.
- You will receive the prepaid UPS shipping label. This can be used to ship your return order without paying any shipping charges.
- Complete the Return and Exchange form and sign it. You need to send this form along with your return order.
- If you have the copy of original packing slip, then it should also be included in return shipment.
- Stick the prepaid UPS label on the package.
- The last step is to drop this package at UPS store or UPS drop box. The nearest locations of UPS stores and drop box can be checked from the website UPS.com.
Missing Products/Costumes
Kindly note, if certain products are missing from your order or if you have not received the correct products or accessories along with your order then all you have to do is call our customer care executive and the issue will be resolved immediately.
Product Returning Guidelines
The costumes must be returned within 10 days of receiving the order in the original condition along with the packaging. The costumes must be in unworn condition. It is strongly advised that you apply for returns at contact@dressycostumes.com before returning the products. This will enable us to track your return order and process your request quickly. We will deduct the return shipping charges of $5.99 from the order value of your returned item(s) when you use the pre-paid UPS label for shipping the return product(s).
You may also choose an alternative shipping method to return the product. Though, we recommend that the shipping method selected by you should have the tracking system where we can track the order. We will not take the responsibility of crediting your account if the product returns are not verified.
The entire costs associated with the shipping of product returns would be customer’s responsibility and would not be refunded. The credit for the price of the product(s) being returned would be issued after thoroughly checking the return shipment and product condition. You will receive the check for the orders placed through money order or check.
The products mentioned below would be exchanged only if the product returned is in factory sealed package and unopened condition
(includes but does not limit to) hats, beards, make-up, wigs, eyebrows, moustaches, eyelashes, undergarments, stockings, teeth, video tapes, CDs, noses and any other artificial hair products. These products would not be accepted for returns if the product is not returned in factory sealed packages.
Returning Shoes
The shoes must be returned in unused, unmarked and brand new condition.
Mascot costumes and special offer products would not be accepted for returns.
Kindly Note- If order is placed for four more numbers of same item then 15% restocking fees will be charged on return.
